About the Jaipur to Jaipur local drive
Jaipur rewards an early start. Amber Fort opens at 8:00 AM and the first hour is the only time you will have the courtyard nearly to yourself. Work backwards from there: Jal Mahal on the way down, then Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar, finishing at Nahargarh for sunset over the pink city.
The 8-hour / 80 km package covers all of that without rushing. If you want to add shopping, Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar are a 20-minute stop each. Entry tickets and guides are extra, and Amber Fort has a steep walk — a jeep transfer is available on site.
